Cheers To You

Today I'm playing along with AAA Birthday Challenge 34 - "Pattern." When I see the word "pattern" I can't help but think patterned paper, which I have loads and loads of---seriously---I could probably wallpaper my house with the stuff---I love it so much!!! Ha!

I was also inspired by a sketch and video created by Angie over at chic'n scratch. Click HERE to check out her post.

Now let's take a look at what I created:

My husband really enjoys whiskey...smoky scotch in particular. So that got me to thinking that these Tartan No. 2 patterned papers from Carta Bella would pair up perfectly with the Whiskey Business stamp set from Stampin' Up :)

I had so much fun making this card that I couldn't resist making another...using 4 of the tartan patterns instead of 2.

Which one do you like better?

Thanks for visiting!!! I really appreciate it!

Have a wonderful day!

  1. They're both terrific, but I think the first is my favorite! I like the way the sentiment color pairs with the drink color on that one!

  2. I love them both. So masculine and the whiskey looks so real. I like the card with the gold sentiment.
