Peek-A-Boo Slider Card

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm playing along with the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This time around Simon Says: Interactive. Fun!

I recently watched Rachel Tessman of Stamp Your Art Out make some peek-a-boo slider cards as alternative projects using the supplies in the March 2022 Paper Pumpkin Kit. I was so inspired I just HAD to try it out! You can find her video and more details on how to create peek-a-boo slider cards in her blog post HERE.

And without further delay, here's my very first peek-a-boo slider card. (This is what it looks like when it's closed.)

Then...as you start to open it up...

...and when it's fully open...

Oh my goodness! I had such a great time making this!!! It's like magic :) And it was super duper simple to do! I will definitely be making more peek-a-boo sliders soon :)

Here's one more look:

Also wanted to share a couple of other non-interactive cards I made using the supplies from the March 2022 Paper Pumpkin Kit. I really enjoy using the supplies in the kit, adding some of my own supplies, and putting my own spin on the layouts. Loads of fun!

Thanks for visiting!

It's going to be a beautiful day here in CO, so Pepper and I are heading out for a hike!

Have a fantastic week!!!

  1. Whoa Lisa, these are stunning. The scene is beautiful with the mountains and water. I haven't made one like this so I will go watch the video. The other two cards are so pretty. I can't tell if the background and envelopes are stenciled or paper but they are gorgeous. Wonderful group of cards.

  3. Lisa, that is so pretty! I've never seen an interactive card that didn't require pushing or pulling! Kinda magical, isn't it?
All three reflect your love of the great outdoors - hope you had a great time hiking with Pepper!
